how manufacturing company operates!

how will u call if a giant manufacturing company doesnt manufacture anything, doesnt do anything for services and other company does operation management for it. all manufacuring and operations are fully outsourced or partially done. above all, supply chain is also outsourced. but it still gets large share of profit. how do u feel to name that sort of company. i dont know how to name it. here people are looking up to that model. as a myanmar, i feel lu lae kyi ha ha

technique i ever heard, but dont know what to do with it

braingstroming that has been used in past 70 years. but i never seen the end result before. so credible for its collaborative nature. i think we can exploit from that when we are less informative for particular problem. but just a big mesh for me when i have enough information and am being in the blue mood.

i like her words "according to ur words, u r ambitious abt ur future. it is good. but, u seem a bit over-confident. that can be ur weak point. anyone who dislikes u can take advantge of that if ur luck fail. u can be the one who will get success if u overcome this point. i'd also like to suggest u that pl be diplomatic in dealing with people. i'm not saying that u r rude. overcinfident persons usually get their ways like that.

i am going on my first heavy weight struggle. it is really hard. but i am also looking forward to future contests. but i think it is more possible than i ever imagined. first i believe in me, set goals, develop plans, personalize and modify the program as my efficiency and stagmina respond, all in stick with it. i prepare myself that eveyone in my long way will not be supportive and understanding. i may encounter jealousy when i become success. i am being up front with my family and friends. but i believe that one they become to realise what i am going towards and why. they will support my goal and my motivation network will increase. i am sure i am worth it! 

i am reading Porter, Michael E., Competitive Advantage: Creating and Sustaining Superior Performance. great book that i cant skip even a single page. i come to know the real essense of value chain and how it can be manupulated to get the competitive advantage. no doubt, i can be a great business man if i can exploit that book.  

i personally like the connotation that Business is only complete when the customers satisfy what u provided ( products or services ). no doubt, it is customer oriented approach but it can improve our business efficiency and quality.

so sorry for those my audience. i just come back my mother land and recover my illness. but not fully recovered still breeding! anyhow so up to my ears with study that i missed making up them. now just reading abt " Ten top colleges for entrepreneurs " may be one day i can go there to study the real essense of entrepreneurs. ha ha at the same time thinking who i am ... i seldomly learn from others cos i do normally doubt others ideas
